Example 1: A-AAGORA Community of Practice
The A-AAGORA project created a pan-European Community of Practice connecting local authorities, coastal communities, NGOs, and research partners. Through joint workshops and online exchanges, members co-develop solutions for biodiversity restoration, marine pollution reduction, and nature-based coastal protection.

Example 2: Local Living Lab Kick-off Event
In one of the demonstration sites, the Living Lab was launched with a coastal forum bringing together fishermen, municipal leaders, environmental NGOs, and students. The event combined storytelling with participatory mapping to co-define the main challenges and outline a first community-driven restoration plan.

Example 3: Digital CoP Platform
A virtual workspace was developed to allow continuous engagement among Living Lab members. It hosts working groups, discussion threads, and progress dashboards, ensuring that collaboration continues between physical meetings and across regions.
